Official public offer for preparation and delivery services of Pizza Strada

1. General Provisions

This document is an official public offer agreement from "Samarkand PIZZA" LLC ("Pizza Strada" brand, hereinafter - Provider) to physical and legal entities (hereinafter - Customer) for food preparation and delivery services.

2. Order Placement and Acceptance

By placing and confirming an order via this website or mobile application, the Customer accepts all terms of this public offer agreement in full without reservations.

3. Pricing and Payment Terms

All prices indicated on the site are in Uzbek Sums (UZS). Payments can be made in cash, via POS terminal upon delivery, or via online payment systems (Payme, Click, etc.).

4. Delivery and Acceptance

Delivery is performed by courier service within Samarkand and specified zones. The customer is obliged to check product quality and completeness upon delivery.

5. Liability and Dispute Resolution

The provider is responsible for food quality and timely delivery. Any disputes shall be resolved through amicable negotiations between parties.
